“Finding Emmaus” has garnered another win: “BEST SHORT SCREENPLAY” from the New York Arthouse Film Festival. This brings its collection of laurels up to that Baker’s Dozen I’ve been hoping for—YES!!!! So yes, once again, the banner has been updated.   A DOZEN!!! An even dozen!!! My "baby" is in France! Oh --- God has blessed me SO many time, I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am. And so - yes - it's time for yet one more banner (scroll down just below the Cannes laurel). The eleventh film festival laurel for “Finding Emmaus” The New York Arthouse Film Festival is an online international fest which is dedicated to all genres of screenwriting and filmmaking.  It’s true: I said I wanted a baker’s dozen—but I was only half serious! Then “Finding Emmaus” was selected by Cinemafest, bringing the total number of laurels to ten, and suddenly it seemed possible. Now it looks as though I may just get it. That’s the reason for this updated banner: I had to add yet one more festival laurel. I am so awed and so grateful for the amazing gifts God keeps giving me!  The reason for another new home page banner is because "Finding Emmaus" is an Official Selection for yet another film festival. Says screenwriter Pamela Glasner, "I am so awed by the amazing gifts God keeps giving me!"  |
